The Premier Blueberry is a Rabbiteye blueberry variety that can grow up to 10 ft tall, and be used for jams, smoothies, cakes, or just eaten fresh. Our blueberries are pruned throughout the year to encourage branching and increase the blueberry yield. Blueberries fruit on older branches, and start the process at the beginning of spring. Right when winter ends, the Premier Blueberry gets covered in pink white blooms that turn into fruit later in the year. 

The Premier Blue blueberry can cross pollinate with just one other blueberry variety, but produces the most when cross pollinated with other varieties of rabbiteye blueberries, such as the climax or Powder Blue, two other blueberry favorites. This blueberry Plant’s Harvest season is about from may to mid-June. You can plant other blueberry varieties to not only cross pollinate, but also to stagger their harvest seasons and have blueberries all summer long!
