• 3/8" quick connect fitting
• 16 natural gas orifices
• 2 thread check gauges
• 7 mm orifice wrench

Please Note:

Culinary Collection griddles are not compatible with the provided orifice wrench. However, the provided valves and replacement orifices in the kit are compatible with Culinary Collection Griddles. To convert these griddles to natural gas, it is necessary to source a compatible orifice wrench. The 1902 Culinary 36" Griddle is not compatible with natural gas in any capacity.
